All orders placed through Vimpul are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The Vimpul name and logo are trademarks of Vimpul. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vimpul. If you are not completely satisfied with a Mouse, Keyboard, or Headphone product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
