Below you will find a step-by-step guide to tracking your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This email is sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject line: "Your Vimpul Order Has Been Shipped." The tracking number will be clearly displayed in the body of the email, along with the carrier name.

Step 2: Choose Your Tracking Method

You can track your order using one of the following reliable methods. We recommend using a third-party tracking service for the most comprehensive and real-time updates.

Option A: Use a Third-Party Tracking Service (Recommended)

For the most detailed tracking information, including multi-carrier support and delivery estimates, we suggest using 17Track. This service is free, easy to use, and supports all major carriers we work with.

  • How to use:
    1. Go to the 17Track website.
    2. Paste your tracking number into the search bar on the homepage.
    3. Click the "Track" button.
    4. You will immediately see the current status, location history, and estimated delivery date of your package.

Note: You do not need to create an account to use 17Track. Simply enter your tracking number and you are good to go.

Option B: Track Directly on the Carrier's Website

If you prefer to use the carrier's official website, you can do so by visiting the site of the shipping company listed in your shipping confirmation email (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or local postal service). Enter your tracking number on their homepage to view updates.

Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status

Tracking updates can sometimes be confusing. Here is a quick guide to common statuses you may see:

  • Order Processed / Label Created: Your package has been packed and a shipping label has been generated. It has not yet been handed to the carrier.
  • Picked Up / In Transit: The carrier has received your package and it is moving through the network.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on the final delivery route and should arrive today.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the address provided. If you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local mailroom.
  • Exception / Delay: There may be a customs hold, weather delay, or address issue. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
